HANOI - HONG QUANG WATER PUPPET VILLAGE – XUAN THUY NATIONAL PARK – ECOHOST – PHAM PHAO VILLAGE (-/L/D)
08:00 Meeting up with our tour guide and driver at your hotel and be transferred to Nam Dinh. Upon arrival at Nam Dinh, we will firstly visit Hồng Quang Village – one of the most beautiful water puppet villages in Vietnam and experience how the local artisans make a real water puppet. They will tell you stories about the history of water puppet culture and how they preserve this folk art from generations.
Leaving a puppet village, we get in the car and head to Giao Thuy District and reach Xuan Thuy National Park. Get on the boat to visit deeper into the park, reach the claim field then we have lunch on a claim hut. Enjoy the sea breeze and atmosphere.
14:00 Bid farewell to a National Park, we transfer to Eco Host Hai Hau for checking in and relax in the green lush garden of EcoHost.
16:00 Get on the bike, we continually visit Pham Phao village which is famous for wooden caving and traditional trumpet making and church. On the way, we will also visit the tile-roof bridge of Luong Pagoda in Hai Anh Commune which was built in the 16th century in unique architecture that reflects the Vietnam Countryside. You will have a chance to explore the daily life of local people and learn Vietnamese ritual and worship to ancestors.
After visiting, we head back Ecohost to enjoy a herbal foot bath that will nourish both your foot and your mind
Having dinner and resting in the peaceful village.
DAY 02: ECOHOST - DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
06:00 Wake up in the early morning; you can enjoy a stroll along a countryside road, witnessing how local people are starting a new day.
07:00 Having breakfast with a hot bowl of Beef Noodle Soup to warm up
Leaving the village, we head to Ecohost to pack and check out. Be driven back to Hanoi.
