Effective July 1, 2024, the paper arrival/departure card, health document, and customs form will be replaced by the electronic E-arrival card. This means that all tourists visiting Cambodia are required to submit a digital application through a dedicated app within 7 days prior to arrival.

How does it work?

No smartphone or internet? No problem!
Even if you don't have a smartphone or internet connection, you can still fill out the E-arrival card. Use the tablets available at most airports in Cambodia.
