DAY 1: VIENTIANE ARRIVAL

DAY 2: VIENTIANE – NAM NGUM LAKE
Vientiane is the beautiful capital and largest city of Laos. The capital features the healthy culture mix of Laos, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, French, and American influences. The first day of adventure will begin with the key places of interest. Wat Sisaket is the oldest temple in Vientiane, where holds thousands of small-scale Buddha statues. Wat Prakeo is the former royal temple which protects the renowned Emerald Buddha image. That Luang Stupa is the Lao’s national icon which gains fame for its charming and revered architecture, as well as the awe-inspiring Patuxay Monument – called as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. Photography opportunities are unlimited.
When it comes to afternoon, you will travel to Ang Nam Ngum Reservoir which was created in 1971 when Nam Ngum River was dammed. Along the travel, expect the stopover in H’mong village and the market at KM52. In the late afternoon, you reach Nam Ngum and get a transfer to the hotel before the amazing twilight over the lake as well as the far-off mountains.

DAY 3: FREE AT SANCTUARY NAM NGUM RESORT
You’re expected to get up early to grasp the view of the dramatic dawn over the beautiful Nam Ngum Lake and witness how the locals make preparation for their working days.
It is your free and easy day in Nam Ngum. So, take your time to explore the resort, enjoy some relaxing activities, or get out to explore the nearby fishing villages.

DAY 4: NAM NGUM – VIENTIANE – BUDDHA PARK
After the time for breakfast in Nam Ngum hotel, you will be transferred back to Vientiane. Along the road, there include the stop at Ban Keun Village which is recognizable for the salt extraction plant as well as the Laos whiskey extraction. Then, spend some time at Dong Markhai Market where to find numerous items, ranging from household items to plenty of the processed insect dishes. Around noon, you reach Vientiane and check in the hotel.
After the rest, invest your afternoon in Buddha Park which houses the impressive collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures. The Park is set on the grassland of Mekong riverside, just close to the Friendship Bridge. The Buddha Park covers nearly 200 religious images whose history can be dated back to over 500 years ago. Such images were made by an unknown monk who populated his philosophy and introduced his ideas about the universe. In the late afternoon, you will approach Wat Si Muang – the enchanting and amazing attraction noted for its supernatural potency. The day tour ends perfectly with the happy view of the stunning twilight over the powerful Mekong River.
