YOUR NAMES
Most airlines now require your full name; first name, middle name (if you have one), and surname. These must be provided exactly as they appear on your passport, otherwise boarding may be denied.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
When you book, you will be asked if you have read and understood the Booking Conditions. Although many people decide not to read the small print, you will find that a great deal of useful information is included within it. We really appreciate you taking the time to do this.

We will email you confirmation of your booking and you should carefully check the details shown. Please contact us immediately if any are incorrect.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT CHARGES
All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation and amendment charges can be found in our Terms and Conditions, sent to you, at the time your booking was made.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
A lot of airlines now charge for holding baggages. Please carefully check that the baggage allowance advised in your confirmation email meets your requirements. More information, contact your travel specialist.
FITNESS & ABILITY
You should be sufficiently fit and healthy to be able to take part in all included elements of the tour which will be detailed in the tour dossier. VISAS
In order to take the strain out of organising your visa, we could look after it for you by getting an approval letter so that you are able to have the visa-on-arrival (V.O.A) provided. Our travel specialists will provide you the detail regarding this process.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is mandatory for all customers, travelling on a Rickshaw Travel Indochina trip, to have their own travel insurance. Rickshaw Travel Indochina does not include the travel insurance for your holiday.
