Vietnam’s newest carrier Bamboo Airways has said it will launch a direct air route connecting capitals of Vietnam and the Czech Republic in the first quarter of 2020.
The airline plans to operate three round-trip flights per week between Hanoi and Prague, using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Vietnam News Agency reports.
A representative from Bamboo Airways said the Czech Republic in particular and the European countries in general are key markets of the airline.

It plans to create resort travel packages for European travelers and expects that by 2021-2025, Bamboo Airways’ routes will cover all political and tourism centres in Europe.
Bamboo Airways is operating 26 domestic routes and international ones to Japan, the Republic of Korea, and China.
In 2019, the airline plans to expand its network to 37-40 routes, including those to the Republic of Korea, Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries.
