HANOI – HONG QUANG WATER PUPPET VILLAGE – HAI HAU – PHAM PHAO VILLAGE NAM DINH CITY (-/L/-)
08:00 Tour guide & driver will pick you up from hotel and we head to Nam Dinh (Hanoi – Nam Dinh city – Hai Hau ~130km; ~3hrs drive).
10:00-10:30 On arrival in Nam Dinh, we will first visit Hồng Quang Village – one of the most beautiful water puppet villages in Vietnam and experience how to do a real water puppet. Optional puppetry show upon request with surcharge.
12:00 Then get back to the car and be transferred for having lunch at EcoHost Hai Hau with local foods preparing by local people and relax in the lush, green garden of the EcoHost.
14:00 We will continue visiting Pham Phao village which is famous for wooden carving and traditional trumpet making and church. On the way, we will also visit the tile-roof bridge of Luong Pagoda in Hai Anh Commune which was built in 16th century in unique architecture reflecting Vietnam Countryside. You will have a chance to explore the daily life of local people and learn about the Vietnamese ritual and worship to ancestors (you can choose biking as optional).
After visiting, we get back to the car and head back Hanoi or to the next destination.
