The fast-track service helps you save time by avoiding the endless lines especially during rush hours at the visa and custom counters. Upon your arrival, our representative will welcome you and help you with all the post-flight procedures (arrival) and pre-flight procedures (departure).
Our fast-track service is served at Tan Son Nhat International Airports (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City, Noi Bai airport in Hanoi city and Da Nang airport in Da Nang city.
We have two options:
Regular fast track:
Our staff will meet you at the aircraft gate with your name on the welcome board and assist you to get visa stamp and visa sticker without having to queue up in a long line as the others. In about 5 -10 minutes you will be at the luggage lounge to wait for your belongings.
VIP fast track:
Our staff will meet you at the aircraft gate with your name on the welcome board and assist you to get visa stamp and visa sticker without having to queue up in a long line as the others. After that our staffs will escort you to luggage lounge to assist you and take care your luggage as baggage porters.

How does this work?
Step 1: Choose the arrival fast-track service and provide us your exact flight number, departure and arrival time (GMT+7). If your flight is changed, please notify us at least 4 working hours before your departure via info@rickshawtravel.com.vn
Step 2: Right after landing, our staff will greet you with welcome board. In case of an early landing and you can not find our staff, please contact us via phone/WhatsApp: +8489 825 9929 for English support, phone/WhatsApp: +84983 986 527 French and English support.

Step 3: Our staff will collect your visa approval letter, passport, 2 photos (4x6cm) and entry & exit form, stamping fee and do all the procedures until your visa gets stamped.
Step 4: Get your passport back with the Vietnam visa stamped from our staff.
